- Elvis Twins

The Elvis Twins are two students at Clone High High School and 16-year-old genetic clones of American singer and actor Elvis Presley. They first appeared in "Escape to Beer Mountain: A Rope of Sand".

Biography[]

Overview[]

The Elvises are recurrent minor characters that rarely interact with the plot and can be seen mostly in the background of various episodes. Their only speaking role was in S01:E01, where they talk about what lunch their mom gave them.

Season 1[]

In "Escape to Beer Mountain: A Rope of Sand", Slick Elvis was happy to see that his mother packed him steamed vegetables in his lunch. He asked Fat Elvis what their mom packed for him, and he said that he got nine fried peanut butter banana sandwiches and a thermos full of tranquilizers. Fat Elvis proceeded to down the entire thermos, making him pass out and quote that "He had left the building." Abe noted how the second Elvis had really let himself go. Fat Elvis can be seen walking at The Grassy Knoll and both twins attend JFK's party.

In "Film Fest: Tears of a Clone", The Elvis Twins were in Mr. Sheepman's class, while he gave the student a lecture on why not to instigate highly destructive angry mobs.

Season 2[]

In "The Crown: Joancoming: It’s a Cleo, Cleo, Cleo, Cleo World", Fat Elvis counts the votes for the Homecoming King and Queen along with Genghis Khan, Marie Antoinette and Sacagawea.

In "Clone Alone", Slick Elvis has his yearbook signed by Marilyn Monroe and witnesses Principal Scudworth & Candide Sampson's Clone High College song. At the start of the Death Maze the Elvis Twins run towards the entrace like all the other clones with Fat Elvis panting. The twins are pushed down a hole by Joan of Arc during her rampage, first Slick Elvis and later Fat Elvis.

Appearance[]

One of them is slick, smooth and attractive, while the other is an overweight, pill popping drug addict. Respectively, these two represent Elvis, when he was young and in the height of his fame, and Elvis, later on, when his life went to the gutters.

Episode Appearances[]

Trivia[]

  • The fact that they are twins could be a reference to the Elvis Presley having a stillborn twin brother, Jesse Garon.
  • The fat Elvis's sandwiches are a reference to the Real Elvis's diet.
  • The skinny Elvis has steamed vegatables, meaning he possibly doesn't want to be like his clone father.
  • In The Crown: Joancoming: It’s a Cleo, Cleo, Cleo, Cleo World, Fat Elvis' skin is more tanned however in Clone Alone it returns back to normal.
  • For unknown reasons, their names are redacted in the second season's opening.
